Before I sold the Maverick....I had 8 cars. Now I am down to 7. I still have 3 other Mavericks....two parts cars and the orange 72 I am working on.It just came down to where I can't just keep them all. You can only drive one at a time...and trying to keep up on all the maintance on them is overwhelming. I thought I would pass my joy onto somebody else to enjoy. My garage only holds so much...so something had to give. I have no regrets...looking forward to getting the other one on the road.

:Why would you put some much time and money into something and make it look that great and sell it? I know that most of the fun is building it, but then you should keep it, as a trophy of your accomplishment. Like all these older street rods I see for sale. Why sell them after they are done. If it is your job and you make money at then fine but, I don't know. I could never sell my Maverick, or my 70 F-100, or my 50 Tudor. These cars are part of me, well the Maverick is part of me, the other ones not so much. If it came down to eating or selling my maverick I would starve. Maybe I like my Maverick too much.
