You can try adjusting the bands, but I doubt thats what it is.The clutches in the TC may be on their way out.There are additives on the market that you can put in to stop TC clutch shudder.The shop I used to work at always used one made by GM.But 99% of the time your just putting a "band-aid" on the real problem.I forgot the names and part #'s of the additives, it's been so long,but someone else here may know them, or have another suggestion.A sure fire way to tell if your clutches are bad is to drop the tranny pan and look for friction material in the bottom of it.Later.
