im not really sure how to use the archives. perhaps someone can enlighten me.
ive been told that there are certain mustangs, that have a posi-track chunk that slips into a maverick 8" rear end. theyve said that if i can find a 74-78 mustang II, with manual transmission and V6, that the chunk will be a posi, and will have a good stiff gear ratio to boot. im not sure if that is all mustang II's with this combo, or if it includes any automatics. i was also told to look for a certain code in the door ID plate. can anyone shed any light on this subject or tell me where i can go to research this?
