Oil pan only from what I see. You will also need a pick-up tube for oil pump, Check locally an try to get a "matched set"

You found the correct pan, but you need a pickup too.
Didn't think about that detail.
I wonder if a 302 car pickup would work? (just thinking aloud)
You could probably buy the pickup at Advance or AZ.
