My new bar showed up yesterday. Just the bar, no hardware. The ends are rotated 90 degrees like the should be.
If you want to part ways with the incorrect rear sway bar I might be interested in for expirimentation purposes.

That seems to be it. There seems there should be something else or the bar ends should be twisted 90 degrees if they intended us to use the heim...
