Determine if you have the correct rotation water pump. Ive had this problem.
I found it to be 37 yrs of corrosion. I have the rears working and now working on the fronts some more. I cleaned connections and replaced bulbs...

I use that specific one on all my 302/351 motors. it allows multiple uses, like in cam swaps. Does not leak.
