My advise would be don't use blocks. I had one collapse once under a car. I use jack stands only on flat ground. Front ones under the flat area...

That looks like he used disc brake hoses. I used 68 Mustang drum brake hoses on mine with 70 Mustang backing plates and drums. I used a frame...

The trunk is adjusted fine now, it's just the spoiler. I loosened it up and tried to move it down, then it didn't align with the qtr. extension....
Yep that's about like mine. 1/4" or more too high on the left side. I even tried enlarging the holes some with a rat tail file. Didn't help.
I wish there was a tech article on how to align these spoilers once installed. I drilled my holes where its recommended and the left side doesn't...
I had mine adjusted with a big gap till I added the rear hood bumpers. Then it didn't need as much gap.
I got mine from AA too. It looks close to original. It said made in brazil. I got another one later for my Comet and it was made in china.
That holds the cables together, but there is another piece that pulls on the cable and has an adjuster. [img]
