The accelerator pump arms are really dialed in really well. Barely touch the arm and its squirting.
I would say your cowl on passenger side drain vent is clogged and pin hole rust spots are letting the water that's sitting in the cowl leak down...

In my area we get up to 93 pump gas at every pump. I ran 93 and never had an issue. Mixed in 110 or took out timing when I was gonna spray it.
Yeah my SBC 358 was 11.5:1 running just fine on pump gas.
Think he meant if it was a stock coyote 5.0 it would be fine. But a stock 5.0 coyote will take 7k rpm all day.
Update I fixed the cracked piece and have put it back in service on my dads 351w. Working good so far. Still not a fan of the build quality....
My guess would be a built 408 as he eluded to previously. I cnt wait to do the 408 kit with my dads 351w this spring.
I'll throw the timing light back on it this weekend and set it and see what happens. If I'm getting the same results with the other carb on it...
