The only thing that has worked this weekend is that we put metering blocks on from a 950!!
For some reason the carb keeps dumping fuel..proform and Quickfuel tech can't even figure this out?
Don't forget who's head your protecting!
Can anyone tell me about the size of the Idle feed restrictors? Are they different size's or all the same? I bought 2 blocks but came without them...
We now know it is 2650 lbs and has a new trailer/sponsor!
you won't be able to run 1/4 mile unless you buzz the crap out of it! With the 5.14 in my 306 @ 2700lbs 29.5 tall tire going through @ 7200 RPM on...
A 5.43 gear should get you out of the hole good!
Almost done! Really looking good Paul...6901s installed now too! Anyone on Facebook can checkout our group "Ontario Drag Racers"
New pics! Interior all done and new lexan windshield! Looking good and all ready to go racing soon!
I'm shifting mine at 7,000 rpm...are you running 1/8 or 1/4? The 250-4 will go 6500 rpm
If you are on the strip 35-250-4 would be nice! I run the biggest one in my 306 and love it!
Maybe a couple of 10ths...not sure as we have not got it on the scale yet! 60 ft times in the 1.40s for sure!
Awesome job Paul! Really nice and friendly in the car now...test & tune in 2 weeks..can't wait to launch this now!:yup:
Nice clean looking car! The neverending battle...perseverence and a bottle of Jack...or the other way around!
I think the spool would be ok...but time to upgrade to at least 31 splines!
I would go with Strange Axles...are those 28 splines?
Small Bumper! Looks nice! Before and After pics.
I will bring coffee Friday...lol...need to pick a colour for the cage...no drip paint...er!
We had water coming in on this side so I knew that was a problem side! Now is the time to get it fixed right...lots of fun friggin Ford weekend...lol
Type F for my Ford all the way...never an issue with it!
