I know that this is an old thread but I am trying to find out if the C4 I have is off a 200 inline 6cyl or V8, the car is a 70 and had the 200 in...
Well I think I have to run a chaser through the threads because I just tried to install a 1/2" x 13 x 1 1/2" hex bolt in the hole and it only went...
makes sense about ease of installment on assembly line, don't really have to worry about over tightening with the countersunk bolt
why was the bolt designed like that?
