Once you remove the alternator and regular you will see that you also removed 99% of the wires. Only wire left to remove is the idiot light wire. You can leave it taped up out of the way because it's not HOT anymore or use the wire to feed the idiot light IF your alternator can take a idiot light instead of voltmeter.
haha thanks, i am quite fond of the idiot light. i suppose i can shoot for volt meter AND idiot light...although redundant, i just like things to work on my car.
