I've had two 360's, both in a '69 F100 Ranger XLT and a '71 F250 Custom. They were both extremely slow and guzzled gas. That F250 has a 300 I6 in it now, and it will run circles around that old 360.

Well I talked to someone else and their dad has a 351 Windsor for sale for $500, someone else has a regular 351 with aftermarket heads, 2bbl Holley carb and a few other things he said he could sell cheaper then the Windsor.

Either one worth getting? What does the 351 Windsor have that the regular 351 doesn't? Or are they one in the same?

the 351 windsor is your most typical 351, made at the windsor plant. The 351 cleveland was made in ohio and has differences.

well, the windsor was a good running engine and reliable. They built tons of them. you can stroke them out and make loads of power, and are easy to get parts for. The cleveland makes good power as well, but some parts are harder to come by. Some are cleveland fanatics and others are for windsors.
