347 stroker?

    Well, you stepped in it when you first posted the "myth" part. Then in all your postings since, you reversed your postition on that, but never admitted your mistake in posting the "myth" part. That was my whole point.

    I've been running my 347 for 5 years now and it's still doing great, however like most of the guys I only put 2-3K miles on it a year. Hell, if it lasts me 5 more years I'll be tickled to death...regardless of how many miles I have on it!!! That would be 10 years of driving the most fun and fastest car I have ever owned with an engine that only cost me 3 grand! And I can do anything with this car from the dragstrip to highway cruising but I elect to drive it only on nice weekends to whatever function I am attending. I honestly believe "most" of us are going to be in that same boat so in my opinion this whole thread is a waste of energy. Have a good day! :)
