looks good start by replacing the hood and if the grass hasnt claimed it already you might get lucky and not have alot of rust in the floors
From those pictures, my guess is the car is a complete basket case. You need to fully inspect the car for structural damage, mainly rust, before you proceed with spending money on this car.
Pull the carpet up as your first order of business. If you can put your finger through the floor, you're off to a bad start.
