    The top looks great! Question about the bottom, which doesn't appear real smooth. Not a chrome expert here.. is the chrome more likely to flake from the rough surface, or does it not matter as long as they did it right?

    I think he is actually talking about the backside of the bumper Frank. Where they did not do a polish job on the chrome.
    The third picture you posted is almost an opitcal Dillusion (yes I meant to type dillusion) and he might be confusing it for looking at the bottom of the bumper instead of looking at it from the back like the picture is.

    ...they don't chrome the back side...what you see is where i coated it with Rust bullit...:yup:

    WOW! Great work there! I'll have to remember them when I find another front one. I'll get a set redone and keep the painted ones for spares....

    You are exactly right. I thought I was looking at the bottom of the bumper, not the inside of it. I think because the ends are cut off, it created an illusion. Now I can see what I think I am looking at. :D

    Frank, I know you don't get me most of the time, but I'm sure glad somebody here does. :D Mark, you are in I.T. aren't you? I've seen you post a lot of technical stuff in PC-related threads, so if you aren't that's where I got the idea.
