    Dad and I will be driving up on Saturday. I will not make it to breakfast (I need beauty sleep). I am taking the quad cab Dakota maroon with IN plates.     Here too, I got to meet alot of you guys, Got some discs, a balancer, a distributor, and a Maverick fender badge for $2.

    I had a great time.....got some parts and shared good "hanging out time" with friends, some old and some new :thumbs2: never could get everyone together at once, but here is a few of us!

    the comet was actually a maverick, that became a comet :yup: Started life as a maverick, now its a titled 71' comet.

    Saw a few pretty trick parts.
    These adjustable strut bars where pretty sweet! The guy thats making these is also working on a disc brake conversation that will utilize 5 lug drum spindles.

    Drove 8 hours round trip and bought nothing but gas and lunch. Dad got 3 390 heads for $40.00 though. It was a fun trip none the less. I am down to looking for specific stuff so its hard to find that at a swap meet. Nice to see everyone I saw. Ran into a guy who did not know about the board. He was looking for a bench seat. I gave hime the web address and told him someone on here would have a spare bench seat.

    Just got home it was a heck of a trip for me. As allways its a pleasure to meet and talk to all the fellow Maverickers. Didn`t buy anything sold a few things and got a few more good memories.
