    I'm calling the cops.

You've stolen a carb, street raced, wreckless driving, and more than doubled the speed limit in town,

Congrats on your "win" over the big bulky suburban

Please. :rofl2: Stolen from who!? I even scratched my email address and phone number on the car back in 2005 thinking maybe someone who knows something about it would contact me. That's been 4 years ago, and it was still legible when I went back last week, yet I haven't heard from anyone about it.

You have no idea where I was at, I was nowhere near any town. It was 12:00 at night on a deserted divided highway. The speed limit was 65. I don't think my car can do 130+. It was a Suburban against a 200 straight 6. It probably didn't even look like we were racing. :biglaugh: I'm sure the cops will be all over it!

So because your highway dosen't have stop lights, that means no highway in the country has stop lights? Most highways I know have them. I find it very hard to believe you have a highway going through a town with no stop lights??? I'm not talking about an interstate.

It's quite common for towns to have have stop lights in them. If you've ever been on Highway 64 or 65 in Arkansas you'll learn that quite fast. These are 2 major US highways, and they actually intersect in our town. (they do have stop lights here, and other cities around) but there are tons of towns that don't have stoplights in them, and they are even bigger sized towns.

I don't know why 1973Maverick357 posted about not having lights actually, but just sharing information. I think about every highway I've been on in this state goes through some significant sized towns that don't have stop lights.
