richk, I don't have any photos handy, doing it before I got a digital camera and the car is in another location due to space limitations. Bassicly the front bar is turned over for rear application. Large exhaust clamps are used on the axle housing and the original front frame mounts used with sleight hole mods. Fabbed frame mounts fastened at the right location on the frame with link mounting tabs. The links can be made from 5/16 reddy rod that makes them fully adjustable. The trick is to adjust the bar location on the axle to fully miss hitting the right shock mounting area during normal vertical chassis movement. Test mount the bar to the axle then look at the link mount location so the links are 90* to the bar eyes and the frame mounts so any angle change is minimized when the car is down at normal trim height.
