Hesitation while stomping while moving, or just while sitting still?

That thing will shoot a bunch of gas in, and might be a little rich until you get the heads/headers and exhaust opened up.

    Have you driven it yet?

When you do, then we will start to lean it out so that it works well with your mild setup. You will have MUCH room to grow with this intake:thumbs2:

ever think of unadjusting the accelerator pump, then set idle, and work back into it?.

I set the accellerator pump back to stock along with the metering rods and jets. It is all back to stock. But that means there is adjustment richer and leaner, for both.

Accelerator pump will squirt a bunch of gas in when you accelerate. Too much and it could bog down a second.

That is the plunger at the front to the driver side (I think). It has 3 or 4 holes in it. There is a linkage that comes up to it, and they are connected by an S shaped clip. Just pull it out and move it down, I think, to lean it out. Double check the book to make sure down a hole is leaner...

what i meant was ... make sure its not workin at all at aidle, if its hangin, fuel will flow in. with it off, youll know when you screw the adjustments in or out if its doin anything. and if you screw em all the way in does it die? if not, you have your floats wrong, and was this carb shipped to him ? its possible you hung a float. ya never know, stranger things have happened.
