I think its cool as hell !!!!! Is it as nice as it looks? I"ll bet its pretty rare as Yours is the first I've ever seen.
That is exactly what I thought. It is incredibly nice, the car looks basically NOS, no peeling on the wiper and light knobs, little plastic caps still on the side marker lights in the perfect trunk, etc. It still has the dating on the radiator support and hood. It is a 69.5 from St. Thomas. 200 6 that runs great, automatic. I just need to stop going to look at cars for sale....or else sell the 'cuda, there is still that option.
Here are a few more pictures. I won't have better ones until the spring. I like the car a lot. The plan for it is to just keep is as you see it. There are a couple things I will freshen a little(like the engine compartment). Otherwise, I will just drive it on nice days and keep it safe. It has made it this long, might as well keep it in this good of condition. Sarah
That truly is an amazing car. take good care of it. Do you know the serial number yet? PM it to me and I'll look through the paper work I have from St.Thomas and see if it matches with any of the road tests, since it's a 69.5 you never know, plus it's not a very common color combo for the interior, most I have ever seen were Black.
Sarah--are the stripes REALLY pink, orange and yellow or did the camera kinda make them look different than they really are? Hope they really are that color, cause that is really NEAT!
Sarah, that car looks like it just rolled out of a time capsule ... incredible! Looks like a very sweet car. If the rest of the car is that nice, you need to take it to shows and win some trophies. My wife really likes the colors in the interior. I still am aiming for all-black Comfortweave. Matches the knuckle-dragging hot rod image that I have planned for my Comet's next stage better.
