thanks all ;-) I don't know how many owner we are in France....but many insurance haven't any maverick registered, so it's a bit difficult ^^ I think the last owner of this car was a member of the forum, but not sure (ask him soon). Waiting thursday to bring the car at home (if we'll have less ice on the road than last day...)

Yep, Tody "und" Xann must know the beer festival in Munich (germany, aber ich weiss nicht das datum^^) I live near german and swiss border (Elsass, east of france) But it's a little dangerous to drive after this, I think ;-)

    John B, Merci ! je n'en doute pas ;-)

first impression after 180 miles driving this Maverick... No problem, i feel back the thrill of driving american car, without power steering or brake (a little bit difficult on heavy traffic zone...lots of torque on this motor and "light" brakes) ;-) An average 75 - 80 mph speed (170 miles Highway) and no overheat or gearbox (transmission ?^^) problem.
The only question is.... 200ci or 250, I don't know.....try to find with the link found on the forum.

maybe, I've not purchase this Maverick on Ebay ;-) This car just left several days on "le bon coin" before i bought it. I just know that the maverick is not common in France, we've more mustang or camaro.... "Real" muscle car were more imported than "small block - classic" american car.

Beng1999 : pas mal la comet ! oui, les couleurs ont l'air d'être les mêmes, j'attends un peu de soleil pour voir ça plus exactement ;-) Pour le moment, on est dans le ciel gris et les -6°c...
