My '77 is going to keep the big bumpers. The front bumper has been tucked. It will be my daughter's car. It makes dad feel safer.

My '73 is going to be converted to small bumper.

If somebody tells me that they think my '77 is ugly with big bumpers; I'll say, "I think you're gay. There. We both have an opinion." Get it.

It depends on you, the car, and the purpose you have for it. Period.

i agree, its my car ill do what i want to it,

if i want to put the big bumpers on my 72 comet,
i will, but, i like the small bumpers. its what i think looks good
on my car, same goes for your car.

    just my two cents...

edit: and why are there TWO theards talking about this same problem?
didnt think ones taste would cause things to go crazy.
    but nothings imposible.

I like small bumpers, big bumpers, and 73 front bumpers. I like package trays and glove boxes. I guess I just like Mavericks in general.

Large Maverick bumpers are like a cosmetic birth defect. It is our job as Maverick Doctors to volunteer our services to remove this defect so these cars can appear in public without any embarrassment.

I would worry about the vinyl top defect before the bumper defect.:burnout:
