    I'm in there with Bluegrass.......all my flat tappets get Shell Rotella. For initial break in I also add a bottle of GM Engine Oil Suplement (EOS).

    I go with the EOS. Gonna have to watch the diesel oil as most of it had the zinc taken out now.
