You might consider taking your battery to the parts store for a load test just to rule that out. I had a relatively new battery act this way, had to get it replaced under warranty. It wasn't flat-out bad, but it was "marginal" - wouldn't hold a charge as long or as strong as it should, but wasn't so weak that it couldn't crank the car after a charge.

I've tried 4 battery's in the car with the same result. The fan is a puller.

    check

Time to check the turn signal switch, HL switch, ect. That turn signal switch can cause a ton of problems...

What is there to check? The turn signals work fine.

I just went and put 45 miles on the car, and was not able to replicate the problem.. :banghead:

Before starting the car, with it just sitting there in the driveway, I had 13.01 volts at the battery. At idle, with nothing else turned on, I had 14.01. At 1,000 RPM, I had 14.05. At 2,000 RPM, I had 14.15. At 3,000, 14.20.

Took to the road with the volt meter. Just driving around town, with everything on, the voltage fluctuated in the 13.70's - 13.80's. Got on the interstate. At 65 mph (2,500 RPM), I had 14.08 volts, that is with every energy consuming thing in the car turned on. At 70 mph (2,650 RPM), I had 14.14 volts. At 80 mph (3,000 RPM), it fluctuated between 14.18 - 14.22. I ran 75-80 mph for about 5 miles.

Like I said, I drove for quite a while and was not able to replicate the problem. Radio worked fine, all lights stayed nice and bright. I'm going to drive the car back to NC this weekend, a little over 200 miles round trip. I'll have the volt meter hooked up in case the problem returns...

I've done about 350 miles this weekend and the problem has not returned.
