:bananaman :bananaman got 'er dun cool er ... hot, just in time for summer see above, wonder if trash from the radiator is what plugged up the new core, you didn't say if you sent the rad to a shop where they "bathe" the redone rads and flush completely or if it was a DIY project....... to be honest, a plugged core was the last thing I would have thought of ...... always learning though .....Robert
