The verdict is in. Per the tech at the radiator shop, the rad is blocked 90%. Not sure how it got this way as the person I bought from said it looked clean inside. Now I'm putting my old one back in. Hopefully that will be the end of my problems. Thank you all for the assistance. There is lots of valuable information here for others experiencing these type problems to learn from.
Good news. I was puzzled about this one. I just grabed a Taurus fan from pull apart & the new rad should be here next week. I was wondering if I'm going to have problems too.
