Exactly... Honda's are excellent cars... for sitting in traffic and getting back and forth to work ecnomically. In all reality, I have nothing against imports of any type. Some get it. :)

If you like "tuners", great for you. All I'm saying is don't get so butt hurt when others don't...

It amazes me how some people can get so emotional and upset when someone on a Maverick Forum talks about how much they prefer Mavericks to Hondas. How can someone take something like that so personal, as if they are being insulted?
    Crazy!...

lets look at it for a sec... honda had a turbo... maverick was NA.... honda crx weighs 1800 pounds fully loaded...maverick weighs 2800 or more...

to lose by .005 i dont feel so bad...it was a good race...

bottom line.. the honda needed all of that to give him a run... maverick was about average...in a hotrod sort of way.... no entry level..but it was an every day driver...the honda was def loaded up to make it go fast

    Isn't a Racer a Racer? A car guy a car guy? (or person for you P.C. people):D
You may not like what is in the other lane or the other car being judged against you in a class. But deep down aren't we all doing this for the same reason. I am sure there are people out there that are just as passionate about their Civic (or was that a SVX) as we are about our Mavericks!
    Anyone remember this http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=19018&page=1&pp=20&highlight=SVX

The Plum is still on there should we rally for January?

Guess it is a matter of sticking up for your brothers.

By the way Issac (cole369) forgot to mention that he had a 302 in his Civic!:D
