Nope sorry lost my camera fishing late fall.
Panels have wood grain rectangle with chrome mylar band around wood grain. I could do without the round symbol, I would just use my old ones. My mylar is coming off and the wood grain has waves in it.
    Hope someone has pictures.

Like this in the rectangle above the door pull but with wood grain instead of black comfort weave?

yes that's it except wood grain. Did only the comet have wood grain ?
If I had to I would take that panel and just add the round comet symbol.
Good mylar is more important to me than the wood grain.

    Thanks for the pic.

YES the earlier door panels will be offered and will come with either comfortweave or woodgrain. Autokrafters was probably not forwarded photos from Distinctive Industries for those as they may still be in the development stages. NONE of the panels made by Distinctive Industries are available to the market at this time!... They will be available soon.

$400 not a bad price considering the price for the panels for my 63 Galaxie and they have been making them for years. The initial price will be high due to the tooling setup, etc. but should eventually come down if demand is there.

Rusty I believe the 72 Comets and Maverick deluxe panels have wood grain inserts and 71's have he comfort weave inserts. -Matt

Just like Jeff has said a couple times now on this thread that we do not know the price of the door panels yet. We do not know yet that they are going to be $300, $400, $500 or some other price.
