Polo Shirt Order Is Happening!

I've got some good news!

Although we currently have only 16 shirt orders, the embroidery company is willing to combine the shirts with the jackets (and there are currently 15 of those) since they both have the same logo and still give the 24 piece pricing! :bananaman

What this means is that we can now move to the next phase where I actually collect money so we can get this stuff made. I have been kind of dreading this part because it will require so much cooperation from everyone to have this happen in a timely fashion . It would probably be a lot easier for me to just place the entire order and once I get the jackets and shirts in hand I could send them out to people as they get the money to me. The problem is that right now I am not able to put up all the money to get the order rolling, so I have to have everyone send me the money first so I can place the order. The risk here of course is that I get almost everyone's cash and then a few people procrastinate or decide to back out at the last minute...delaying everything and upsetting everyone.

Other sizes are on back order until mid-February..so you can get them if you are willing to wait a bit, although depending on how fast people get me the money for the order that might be around the time the order gets placed anyway (it's only a couple weeks away...

If you'd like to pay with Paypal, you can...but I have to ask that you add an extra $1.40 for the first shirt and $1.10 for each additional ordered to cover the fees. I know, it sucks...Paypal is a great way to pay, but it ain't free to accept the $$$.

Each shirt is $21.50. For 2X add $2.00 and for 3X add $3.00

Shipping within the USA: Up to 2 shirts: $6.00 for Priority Mail/ $2.00 for each additional shirt

Shipping to Canada: Up to 2 shirts: $9.00 First Class Mail/$2.00 for each additional shirt

When you send payment, please shoot me an email confirming what you have ordered and method of payment.

I expect it will take a couple weeks at least to get everyone's money in, get the order in to the embroiderers, get the stuff shipped to me and then ship it out to everyone. I will do my best to keep everyone informed at to what is going on. Thanks!
