Flowsound mufflers

    put a set of turbo mufflers on my maverick about 20 yrs ago, that was the muffler along with glasspacks. going to redo exhaust with a flowmaster type muffler with 2.5 to 3" pipe

    just a friendly tip that too large an exhaust on smaller motors can hurt throttle response and off-idle to low range torque enough that you can feel it. In some cases it can even require slight carb tuning on some combo's.

    Unless you have cubic inches.. higher compression(10+).. and/or short gears?.. I wouldn't do it. Been there.. done that.. seen the same result too many times.

    Deeper tones sure sound cool though! :)
