    Took about 15 seconds to open this thread tonight. I just cleared my cache and did a reboot so we'll see if that helps.

    Ok this is after cache clear and a reboot. I'll see if it submits quicker.

    tried to attatch picture and the attatchment window didnt want to load. 3+ attempts later and it still didnt work

    Need to be more specific. Was there an error, do you have a pop up blocker, etc.

    no error msg, no pop up blocker. the attatchment window appeared and tried to load but it wouldnt. it would just sit there and kept trying..
