wow ! a lot of them "twins" became parts cars.... wonder if any one was fixing one like them ? we kinda killed them finding parts that match... it is the "flight" bench with the fold down arm rest, (I would like to get buckets for mine some day,but I will have to change the rear as well for it to match, and if I do I will have to gather every thing ,so for now its on the some day list.) The parts cars seat will need recovered as it has riped on the drivers side, didn't look at it on the pass. side,as it had a new heater core in the box sitting there. Glad you like the parts car as much as I do, around here even a parts car is hard to find. I will keep every one up dated once I start taking it apart....

yeh I was thinking that a couple of the parts cars that was shown shouldn't have been parts cars just yet? or maybe I should change my idea of a parts car?

That is the rear bumper laying on the ground behind it. VERY RUSTY CAR!!! Full of lots of bondo. Rear spring had busted thru the frame and shot up thru the trunk.

Ah , had a 73 camaro that did that same thing, hit a big dip in the road at night ,seen a bunch of sparks fly out the sides of the car,as it felt like it bottomed out the suspension, the rear of the car would keep moving over when i changed lanes and you had to jurk the wheel back and forth to get the rear end to track right on the rest of the trip home, the next day i went to open the trunk to get the jack out to see what i broke, and it just about hit me in the jaw it opened so violently, thats when i seen the leaf srings sticking up through the trunk floor, they were pushing up on the trunk lid and thats why it opened so hard.!!! so yes it was a parts car as well.

My first car (67' Mustang) did the same thing. She was one hell of a rusty beast.
