The only difference in the rad is the size of the tubes. The only reason I hp was mentioned was because I talked to someone at Griffin instead of Summit. Griffin ask about the hp on the motor & Summit didn't. Griffin also ask if the AC was being used & was it going to be driven on the street or just on a track. And if it was a stick or auto trans. So maybe all of this makes a difference on what rad to use. Some rad companys do have hp ratings & others dont but I dont know why. Dont get caught up on the rad, its about the whole cooling system. Fans, thermostats, water pumps, & coolant is just as important too.
