Jason, glad to see you found your way back to this corner of the web. Best wishes on you finding another Maverick that you can call your own. Like you and others, I regret getting rid of my first Maverick, but there are still plenty out there if you are patient. Welcome back!
welcome jason. I am new to this forum. Keep your chin up. Things look alot brighter if you talk to people. Here or a church.. I regret getting rid of a car,not a Ford some i probably get flamed here. It was a 98 WS-6 Trans Am convert. Been gone now 2 years. But now i am working on a Comet that will be BAD A$$.
:bananaman hey i fill for ya i am tryin to buy a maverick it's becuse of all the snow we got but don't stop tell you get one back
Welcome back Jason...hope everything starts getting better for ya. You've got some good advice from above. I don't know if you're really ready for that Maverick right now but just in case you want to take a look, there is a very nice 4-door on eBay right now that looks like it's going to go very cheap. Take a look at this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4517387704&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT Good luck and take care...remember, we're here for ya.
Hey guyz. thanks for the advice. yeah i know suicide is a "chicken s***" way out, maybe that is why i didn't? i keep hoping *underlined alot* that things get better, but there are alot of things that seem to go wrong that turn my hope into lots of failure. i want to keep trying, but i get so tired of trying and losing. i often wonder if i will ever win. thanks again -jason
Life is a loosing battle in itself, nobody "wins" and lives forever. Live as long as you can, be as happy as you can, and live life to the fullest. Don't let things get you down. Easier said than done I know, I'm having a hard time myself but look at the bright things. The things I look forward to are 1) raising my son 2) getting married soon hopefully 3) FINALLY finishing the Comet and getting to hear the roar of that engine for the first time and the first pass down the drag strip. Considering this is my first true racecar, it will be a lifelong goal to accomplish and I hope to get to spend that day w/ my closest friends.
hey jason, welcome back. i know you don't want to wait, but believe me things will get better. don't give up hope or stop trying. keep on the board here and keep talking.
Jason I'm new here but I am no stranger to bad times. Keep talking about it, because as long as you can talk about it hopefully you will not do it. Sharing it here took guts and I respect you for that. Just hang on and keep your chin up. This too shall pass-it will get better.
