A 4 door with a spoiler? Factory spoiler? Me thinks you might be mistaken. Did a dealer install it? You should have taken pictures. It would be a safe bet that this would be the only 4 door ever to have a spoiler, if in fact, it did. I doubt the trunk section would bolt up because the 4 door trunk is realitively flat and rounded on the edge were as the 2 door is angled down and pointed.

I guess someone wired up that light we are talking about to my toggle switch that says "sport lamps" because when I turn the lamps on the red light comes on  I thought it was the way all of them did :slap: I have thought about changing the red lens to some other color because people driving beside you at night look over to cheak me out, I mean the car out, and see a bright red light burning on the dash probadly think my alt. is out or it's running hot or something even if it is on the far side of the dash:oops:

I just took a close look at mine - and the "Fasten Seat Belt" letters are printed on the lens. That tire crayon trick only works with lettering that has a depression molded into the face of the lens. Sorry if I caused any confusion. :slap:

My '72 has the sport lamp switch and the sport lights in the grill. The lenses are clear on the lamps. The car is a non-grabber. No seatbelt light though??? Preston

So my setup is not factory? It works great to let you know the lights in the grill are on, I thought everybodys 72 grabbers were like mine, My red lens is blank and only comes on when the sports lights are on.

I would say that is not factory. Look on the backside. You should be able to distinguish between factory wiring and add ons.
