Well we're both right, I ignored the picture and went by what he was 'splainin. If you add weight to either side of the 28 oz counterweight, you will achieve the 50 oz figure. That's what I interpreted in that post. Now that I've clicked on the picture and saw what was illustrated there I can see that, that is not the way to do it. That would achieve a neutral balance flywheel, completely unsuitable for what he's shooting for.
