Oh yeah I forgot. I'm preobably pretty close to $6 or 7000.00 by now. I've been trying not to pay too much attention.

From all the interior things I would like to do to my car which I'm going to install myself. I'm looking at spending probably 2000. I still haven't painted or put new wheels on the car but I'm kinda saving that for last. Or should I do that first? lol

My car still isn't quite road worthy, but I have near 1500 into it. 500 to buy it, 1k on new tires, heater unit, hoses, lights, brake drums, brake lines, alternator, starter, belts, and other stuff. I'm not beefing up the engine or anything, since the straight six will be cheap on gas, and is very clean and has ultra low mileage. (Entire car has under 40k). I'll probably have 2-3k in it when it's all said and done. Hopefully by that time, I'll have a garage to either pimp this beast out, or start on some other projects I'd rather do. No offense to you mav lovers, I just grew up with a GTO, and I want one. I figured this would be a good car to get my hands dirty on, and boy was I right. I still have oil under my nails a year since I last touched it!

Well, I've had my Mav for about two years now, and I've probably spent around 2500, in purchase price and additional fixin's. AND it still doesn't run, or even look exceptionally purty. But I don't care. It's my car, which means no car payments :D , and I love it...
