How to get a car in a magazine

I was approached at a car show by a photographer for Hemmings Muscle Car magazine. I had my orange car there. He told me if I put the original wheels back on the car, he would do a photo shoot for the magazine. I told him the car was far from original. He said that was O.K....it just had to look factory (which it does I suppose). I told him if I did that, it wouldn't be MY car in the magazine....so I passed.

I plan on attending the Gathering next year, good Lord willing ! It is approx. 6 hours from Charlotte. Nice trip through the mountains. Love Somerset area. Maybe it can be the same weekend as the Somernites cruise. That would be something ! I doubt that I would be lucky enough to be flashed by the locals again, but we can only hope ! Gatherings are great events ! Looking forward to seeing you there!!

Wont be same weekend as Somernites cruise just too much going on and rooms would be impossible to get even if you tried now for next year. It is on our bucket list to make it to one we have some airline tickets that have to be used or they will expire.
