I did'nt know my '73 Maverick was worth so much

    In MD there is a line on the title where the seller has to fill out what he got for it. Then when you transfer title, they go by that. Most sellers let you fill in the amount. But if the vehicle is 7 yrs old or newer, you have to have a notarized bill of sale if the value is less than their book value.
