I get my day in court today @ 1:15pm about the seatbelt ticket

    AGREED!!!

    I got lucky and our time keeper put me on Admin. leave because it was for court and she has a court case coming up and found out that we don't have to use our own leave, but that isn't the case for most people


    OH one thing I totally forgot about. The Cop that wrote me the seatbelt ticket also wrote another guy an safety inspection citation for a relatively new Mercedes because he only had one tag light, and this was after the guy driving the merceded proved to the cop that the car was manufatured with ONLY ONE tag light. Cop said he didn't have time to be checking into how many tag lights came on every car and told the guy he needed two and wrote the citation.
    Now all the guy had to do in this case was stop at any inspection station or state police barrack and have it looked at but like me he was so aggravated he said if he had to take time off to get the car looked at then he might as well take a little extra time and take it in front of the judge and let the judge know what kind of Jack@ss this officer is.
