I had a "3" on the backside of the battery apron.

To clarify... the 2 in the second pic, and the 6 I was talking about on my '76, is on the back side of the battery apron also, looking in through the right front wheel opening. Wonder if that number really does correspond to the model year the car is?

    I think mine had a "24". I replicated it.

    More, huh?

Here you go. I can't remember the owner's name-sorry. Here are some shots from the 2007 14th Annual MCCI Roundup Nationals.

    The red car is a 4 door '71 Maverick-302.
The blue car is a '74 Maverick-250. This car was a low mileage giveaway prize from Carlisle All Ford(Craig, Dan or Dennis please confirm) a few years back.

N-5 stamp behind washer tubing-it is upside down as if you stood by the A-pillar and stamped/read it.

Craig and I discussed this orange stamp. We felt that it says 'QC2' or something similar. Quality Control is probably what it means. Middle of the inside of the decklid.

    That's all for now.

I thought I had a picture of my trunk lid with the decals inside it...but I don't. All I could find was this picture. You can "sorta" see the inspection stickers.
