I want to build the car for looks...

I'm 28 and single. I need something to catch the eye of young lady. Hence 20 in. rims, a kick-a$$ sytem and a nice paint job. So no ricer comments 'cause that what the girls go for. Ohh yes, it will be Ferrari red with a reflective tint on it. The 'glass bumpers will be painted the same color.

LOL ... your 28 and haven't learned your lesson yet about girls that are attracted to you because of your car? At some point in your relationship she will find somebody with a nicer car .... My ex-wife went for the guy with the bigger house and a boat ... :slap:

~who wants a bigger house? it cost more,
your taxes are more and it cost more to
    heat and cool it
= money out the window. :slap:

~who needs a boat? you need a truck to
tow it. you'll only be able to actually use
it on the weekends and you have to find
    water
= money out the window. :slap:

~i'll take the maverick (which i already have)
and keep the rest of the money i saved for
the smaller house and boat in my pocket! (y)

Don't get me started! I have $40K less in the bank , a ton of debt and all my toys are gone because of the divorce. My Grabber Resto is the first thing I've done since I got back on my feet ... :D I did get a great son out of the deal though!

Sorry to burst you`r buble but if a girl is only with you because you have a riced out mav then more than likely she will find some one that has more money, looks better , a more ricy car with more strobe lights bigger rim$ a bigger fart can ect. , and a bigger house with more bathrooms.

I don`t know why any man would want a girlfriend like that but if thats what you want more power to ya (y)

He's right, some of the good conversion kits open about 1/3 of the way your regular door would open, and then tilt, so the gutter problem isn't one.

Still, I think it'd look retarded on a Maverick. An old American semi-muscle car riced up? Just doesn't quite go...

    Suicide doors? Maybe.
    Lambo Doors? Heck no.

I guess it matters on the type of girl.... For me (a girl) it doesn’t have to look the best as long as it has something cooking under the hood, the faster the better... lol but I guess I have a couple more years to learn the girlish ways of like in' it for looks NOT power... Sorry I guess I hang out with my Step Dad and our cars Way Too Much!! LOL But to each their own.

    That’s My Opinion, Shannon

A girl who LOVES getting greasy under the hood!! ;)
