I have noticed the clearance issue with the bolts. I got around that by threading the bolts through the holes before mounting the hedder. Still woking on installing the drivers side. I got side tracked by a crabby baby.

Oh yeah, and if you use head studs with nuts instead of head bolts they will require some clearancing.

I would not recommend Hooker 6910s they stopped advertising them for Mavericks in one of there adds in summit but still say they work in there coated ones (must have back stock) I had to cut one tube out and reshape it completely

THanks for all the info guys. I got the drivers side in this evening and fired the car up for the first time in months. AHHHHH I yelled out "Its Alive!" :thumbs2:There are some clearance issues on the passenger side that I will address tomorrow. Just one little bolt down by the frame that is rubbing the hedder. I'm just gonna take my dremmel and shave the top ot the bolt off. When I started it up I noticed some smoke from the passenger side and after looking around I realized it was just the copious amount of blood I spilt on it while tightening the bolts yesterday. But everything is all good!!

    Thanks again guys!!
