    address is

    150 S Citrus St
    West Covina, CA 91791 Map

    http://www.yellowpages.com/info-9273531/South-Hills-Unocal-76/maps

if you want gas they have 100 octaine off the pump! but it is $7.95 a gallon!

meet there at 8:00 on the nose!

we will wait no longer then 8:15

the nice drive to knotts will be about 45mins or so on the street. we will get there before the gate shut down so we don't have to wait in no stinkin line ;)

it is always a nice drive we have been doing it for the last 5 years or so.. some times 3 maverick sometime 7 just depends. looks like we will have a decent turn out this year for the drive!

Can you guys make a quick stop off at the Best Western on Beach? The same one we stopped at a few years ago just south of the 91? Just long enough for me to get my entry ticket from Jay? I will be there ready to go and can drive in with you from there. We can keep in touch by cell phone. Let me know. Thanks.

bob, sorry you wont be there was hoping to finally meet you also.
guys, i am looking at covina and thinking of staying at the best western there instead of the radisson. they are only about a mile apart and the best western is cheaper with breakfast included. usually i havent had a bad experience with them, but location of even a mile can change quick so whats your take?

For any of you that will be at the Knott's show.

I will bring these three Granada consoles, all are for sale.
Top faded blue $35 lid needs recovering and a respray.
Middle blue $65 Pretty nice, needs a detail cleanup.
Bottom red with floor shifter cutout $60. Needs a respray and the inside storage bottom is broken. Nice padding and lid.

I will be parked in the Cougar section. Should arrive by 9-9:30am.

Sorry guys, shipping this type of item gets expensive and UPS and FedEx seem to stomp on everything made of cardboard. Pick up in Chino or at Fab Fords only.

est 95+ degrees! tomorrow!!!! just great... great! nothing like a huffer on your car that blows heat down the motor! someone bring a tow strap! lol!

btw this year reg said nothing about no EZups! i'm bringing one! i didn't know how small the trunk is on a maverick! then again with the battery in the trunk and two NOS tanks doesn't help! lol!

also i noticed you need to bring the letter too that came with the tag. thats if you read it! i doubt they will check it but just incase everyone better bring it!

    Derrick,
Go to registration and talk to "Peggy Wall" about getting the Maverick club on the show committe. Then we may have a vote on making Mavericks/Comets a separate class for 2010. It will require a representative to show up at their meetings there at Knotts about 4 times a year. It will also give us a booth in the courtyard area to get more members.

I did this for the Falcon Club years ago.

    Just a thought.

Just to double check, I can stil cruise with you guys even though I'm not entering the Mav right? I didn't enter it because I wanted to leave early, the flyer said if I enter the Mav I'd have to wait until 3pm.

hum ok i will try to talk with her. i don't know about me doing all 4 times though i'd do one of them if i have to ;)

if we are going to have some member thing we are really just going to have to start a on it's own west coast so cal thing i think.

yes you can just be there at the 10fwy and citrus at 8:00am sharp! the show closes at 3pm we stick around until about 4 becuase the traffic is horrible!

i'll try calling you tonight late if that is ok.

its the 10fwy and citrus not the 60fwy.. ;) so don't meet there. if you at the best western near the 10 fwy it takes 5 mins!
