Maverick and Comet cruise night at Hooters 2009

1969-1970 Cougar used the same scoop.I guess since the Comet gt came out in 71 it stole it from the Cougar!!

 

My problem is that I work away from town all week. This would have to happen on a friday or saturday night. Hooters night, I was on holidays. But if we can make it the weekend, I'll adjust the lifters again, put in some V-power and roll 'er down the road.

 

Hee hee hee love the un-imaginative part. I think all the cars look cool in their own way. Where ever you guys wanna meet just let me know, what day, what location and i'll be there, hell i'll even try to be on time. And thanks for the lay-out compliment , i like to try and make things interesting, a sorta story board, if you know what i mean.

 

Friday or Saturday night is all right too. Oh crap any night is good. I'm up for the drive .

 

If it is on a Saturday, how about if we all try to make it there a little bit earlier (that i can make on time as i only work Mon- Fri) and maybe take a few cruising shots of the cars rolling down the street with a few cameras in some of the cars or something like that. And even stop at a park to take a few Maverick Comet pictures with the cars on some angles or parked end to end or whatever. After we could stop and get some food to eat. All this would make for some cool pictures and ones of your cars that you most likely have never ever seen before. Send them to me and i will play around with them and you all know i love that sorta stuff. Whatta ya think?Or we can have the usual pictures - Think about .

 

I'm wide open on a saturday. Anytime would be fine. A park would be great, shade and all, I don't want to bake all day. Not a good combination because it would mean I would have to re-hydrate more often and possibly not be able to get home, legally...

 

Yeah ya got a point there, we all need to be safe, even i get a bit drunk after my tenth glass of milk.

 

I thinking Saturday afternoon would be great , Cambridge or Brantford. pick the day and the time and the place, I'm in BIGTIME. I'll bring the chocolate milk.

 

Saturday is the best day for me. All day is free. My car is running better than ever. Thanx to Larry's used part emporium. Lets go.

Hey.....hey settle down boys, did anyone call the Dayd.................... oh never mind. Saturdays good for me, but not this coming Saturday (Aug 22) as i have a classic car show at the C.N.E. (THE Cruise Nationals) to attend and i love to bring my old beater to the E.X. for this show. Next week i'm on vacation so just name the day and time, i'll be there baby......... OH YEAH!!!!!!! Make the call.

That sounds good to me , i can leave nice and early with me being on vacation and all.

 

Crap. I promised the wife a trip to the falls on friday. By the time we get back from here it will be a little late in the day. Depends on what time y'all want to congregate?

 

I thinking maybe 12:30 pm to about 1:30pm or maybe around 2pm? Or ever later.
