I thought about this, too. Come to think of it, I'd probably buy these before anything else.

Wow - what you guys call rusty and what we call rusty in OK are two different things. That car doesn't look bad from the pics - just rusty in the lower quarter. Of course I can't see under the car either.

You ain't seen this car up close and personal. Paint is the only thing keeping this car together. Previous owner painted over the rust. Just so you'll know, it was bought for the the hood and everything under the hood. All of that was in great shape.

I believe a console would be the biggest seller.

I know I'd buy one (considering the price is fair - like on your other items).

...if it had two cup holders and a decent compartment to hide stuff like a CD player and other stuff.

I think I have pics of the gauge cluster I made but i have been working on a recesed gauge cluster but there is not alot of room for those 2 big gauges. It would be alot easier if I had the dash out too but i'm still working on it. I also like the mirror idea but I think they need to be mounted a few inches forward.

It should, they are the exact same, the only thing you would have to make is the quarter extensions, so this one might not take too long to accomplish since you have it half way done. :thumbs2:

I don't have a Maverick - yet, but I think these are two of the top things that need an "upgrade" gauge cluster (tach to match speedo, with gas & temp, others to the rest of the dash for space & mirrors (moved forward)

Trunk lids are the same, you only need to make different "end caps" to expand your Grabber Spoiler business to the rest of the Maverick/Comet crew....

What about a center console with standard gauge mounts.

ok then this is what it think i'm going to do... (sorry no dash stuff yet.)

ok looks like Rays gonna send me a mirror...or er mirrors... i found source for the actual mirror itself. so i will go from there... now there is no one making repos of this thing right? i looked on mustang sites and didn't see any... this will be a big factor.... it is a matter if i can get the price right.

the other project i will "try" is the quarter extentions for bigger bumper mavericks. i'm going to wait on Jamie to send me the sawed off quarters so i have something to match them up with.

so for now i'm going to take on those projects... again bare with me... remember how long it took me to get the spoilers and grabber hood done... so it will take some time... if it is not worth for me to do it... it will not get done like the boomerangs.

thanks for all the ideas... maybe i will get to those other grear ideas another time.

Really like the mirrors! Torinos, Rancheros, Mustang, and Mavericks ought to keep you busy!!! If you need Rancheros (Torinos) let me know.
