If I can somehow manage to get my big grille to that house, we can use it.
It holds about 40 lbs of charcoal.
Dad built it out of drilling rig extra's back in the 80's.
    big heavy grille. Cooks good.
So we will atleast have that grille there, and I think I can borrow her grandfathers grille.
Lives next house up the road.
So that part should be covered.
I will have plenty of fridge space, and I have a 150 quart ice chest we can use for cold drinks, etc.
I will try to have a picknick table by then, but no promises.
I have around 10 lawn chairs, and a round table we can use for sure. Plus the inside stuff.
As for food, I'll let you guys decide what you want, and try to get as much of it as possible.

Elliot, Earl's quote was from our mini-meet here in Georgia. We must've done it right because Jim seems to be following the same format. Y'all have a good 'un.

This actually sounds do-able. My schedule is open and it is not toooo far away to make. Is there a place I can pitch a tent for the night?

Well I may be able to make it as well...but, I most likely won't be in a Maverick. The only one I have now is a race car only...and I don't believe driving it more than a mile would be a good idea, especially with open headers and alcohol. But, I do have an SVO that I am working on........

Andy, it's almost too bad we can't rent the drag strip for a day and have the mini-meet there. Plenty of space to park, camp, etc.

Anywho, I look forward to meeting you folks!

Yea, would be nice to have it at the dragstrip, not much more of a drive from here. Just an hour or so. Doubt that'd happen however.
Yes, there is a place to pitch a tent at Toad suck park. If we have it at my house (no guarantee's yet, still redoing some things out there) then there will be plenty of places to park, and I could put a couple of you up for the night if need be. I will have 2 extra bedrooms, the den and the living room open.
We'll see how things go, but right now, official place is Toad Suck Park.... Conway, Arkansas

    Toad Suck, Arkansas Mini Meet

Ok then, we have selected Toad Suck Park for our mini meet. Andy is securing us a pavilion for the meet. He has said there is plenty of parking, a nice place out of the sun to sit . so rain or shine we should be cool. Bring the family and prepare for a good day of cars, good food and God willing a pleasant and wonderful day.

One point I do want to touch on, as before this is a family meet so no alcohol will be permitted at the meet. I appreciate yall's understanding on this. So polish them shorthorns, and herd them on over to Toad Suck Park on June 25th...see yall there.....Jim(y)
