    Absolutely excited. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here, and it's obvious from the helpful attitude everyone has, and the quality of the tech articles people have written, that we could put together a really high quality knowledge base once people get the hang of the wiki format. We'd be 90% there just by copying, pasting and organizing things from the archive.

    you mean i could delete all those notepad 'tips and tricks' that i have cluttering my desktop!!!:rolleyes:

    i agree with you completely and would love to help set it up (i can program... just don't like it, and never had to learn wiki in college)

    Does that mean your saying I'm not knowledgable?

    I just didn't know there was a difference in a wiki and the regular wikipedia page.... sorry

    I setup the maverick wiki here and added some content. Mediawiki is not very user (or admin) friendly and will take some time getting used to. In order to add/edit content, you must create a new wiki account, as your forum login is not integrated to the wiki. Please use the same user name that you use on the forum when creating a new wiki account. This will make it easier to contact you via the forum and know who added/edited what.

    Dont register under someone else's name, as I will be able to cross reference your mediawiki IP with your forum IP.

    Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

    I can't log on to the link above. Got my email confirmation and can log on to the main page but not the Maverick Comet Wiki. Firewall and Cookies is not the problem

    I closed all browsers and tryed again and it worked fine :hmmm:

    This Wiki is gonna be a great tool to have. Everybody need to give it a try. Thanks Stefan for setting it up. I already corrected two typos :clap:

    How will Tech Articles and other Tips be integrated into this? Users or Admin?
