I've been to many car shows before that were mustang related and this one tops them all.It had something for everyone including the kids.I think the best part was the late night BSing in the parking lot.
I had lots of fun and cannot wait till next year.

Sounds like everyone had a good time. I was getting ready to head out and the '71 blew an exhaust gasket, header bolts got loose on me during the summer heat. I ended going to work for 10 hours instead, maybe next year guys.

Yeah, that's the same thing that happened to me!

j/k I really do hope to be able to make it next year too. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens to the gas situation for a lot of folks. Especially the long distance guys. Glad you guys had a great time...I knew ya would.

thats been the plan since the MCG started this group. 2 years in one location, then move somewhere else. I think in time you will see that the MCG is really going to move this around (laterally :D ) to try to include everyone.
I have come to the conclusion, that if you want to convince someone to travel 100's and 100's of miles to attend an event such as this, it would be best to first go to them :) make it easier for those people to see what is going on, then the likelyhood of them wanting to travel those same 100's and 100's of miles, when you move to a different location, in the years to come is greatly increased.
    Thanks,
    John

Im not familiar w/ last year to be honest, but was curious.

no, last year was a 1 time show in E-town, KY. Ward put it on with little help from me.....we felt it necessary to keep it close the first year. Not to say it will never come back to KY. :) but this was the first year in JOPLIN,
