Maverick73; the fronts are 15X7 Eagle Alloy wheels, 4.5" backspacing. The tires are BF Goodrich TA radials, 225X60X15. They rub a little bit on an extreme turn, drivers side only, and that may be alignment. Find out tomorrow. The rears are the same wheels, 235X60X16 BFG's. No mods to wheel lips or anything else. All stock. The stance is what it is when I put the car together, and I left it alone. The front springs are the six cyl. springs, the rears are stock V8 leaf springs. Glad you like it!
nice pictures, i would love to have anyone of the three mav's. i would like to point out that i got a chilton's professional service manual 1971 to 1977. they show the grabber model with the single hood scoop like the yellow one. did the yellow one come with it, or was it put on? if it was put on i would like to know where you got it.
Hard to tell ... We put 8 spot welds in the tabs and ran a bead along the back up the support. They ain't going anywhere ... Now I just gotta goop them up with body caulking like the factory did. The new battery tray had the old support welded on as well and is ready to install once I paint it ...
LOL ... I'm on a spare PC ... got no software on it except Windoze XP and I couldn't find any software on here that would shrink it down ...
Dan was really trying to embarass me by showing just how bad of a welding job I did for him. He enlarged the picture so you could see how not to do it. I'm gonna cry. I thought he was my friend, but they are all becoming Franks.
Come on Terry ... I wouldn't do that to you! I'm still trying to get that 250 shroud from yah! Besides ... thats the picture of the side I welded not the one you did ....
terry, something i forgot to tell you about that car i sold you...if it starts a ticking noise...you might want to change the oil...i used 85w140w... in it. now that it is broken in you could switch to straight 90w... your friend...frank...
Wow. That is thick oil. When I drained it, I thought it has sawdust, but I guess it was just the thick oil.
